Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of MC Murrieta Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept those changes.
Services Provided
MC Murrieta Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Murrieta, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, stamped concrete, and more. All work is performed by licensed and experienced professionals.
We provide estimates and quotes based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change if we discover conditions that were not visible during the initial assessment. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
When you schedule a service with us, we block out time specifically for your project. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling costs.
We understand that weather and unexpected situations happen. We will work with you to find alternative dates that work for both parties. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your contract.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance and pursue collection through appropriate channels. We want to work with you, so please contact us if you are experiencing difficulty with payment.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Your project includes a workmanship warranty as specified in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in our installation or repairs but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, natural disasters, or modifications made by others.
Concrete is a natural material that can develop minor cracks due to settling, temperature changes, and other factors beyond our control. While we take every precaution to minimize cracking through proper installation techniques, we cannot guarantee that your concrete will never crack. Warranty details will be clearly explained before we begin work.
Property Access and Safety
By hiring us, you grant our team access to your property to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring that pets are secured, valuable items are removed from work areas, and that our crew has clear access to the project site. We will treat your property with respect and clean up the work area when we are finished.
Safety is our top priority. We follow all applicable safety regulations and use proper equipment. You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area while we are on site. Fresh concrete requires time to cure, and we will clearly mark areas that should not be disturbed.
Liability Limitations
We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property, underground utilities not properly marked, or issues that arise from inaccurate information provided to us. You are responsible for marking and protecting any underground utilities on your property before we begin work.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We recommend that you maintain appropriate homeowners or property insurance.
Permits and Regulations
When required, we will obtain the necessary permits for your project. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all work complies with local building codes and regulations. If you request work that does not comply with local codes, we reserve the right to refuse that request.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about our work, please contact us right away. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Most problems can be solved through open communication. If we cannot reach an agreement, you agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
